40×20 with a 10×20 pop out on the back and is 1,000 sf. The barn features two rolling barns doors, and two side man doors. 

Half an acre is recommended, an acre event better. You’ll want your photographer to be able to stand far enough back to get great shots.

Requirements vary per city and county. In most instances, the barn is considered a temporary structure and is permitted either as a building or a tent. 

At summertime events, the crew works sunup to sunset (around 12 hours). During fall and winter events, set up is split between two days due to weather and lack of sunlight.

No, it is like a tent in that way. A dance floor can be brought in at an additional charge.

With a generator on site, you can run your lights, catering, and basic electrical needs. To really amp up the volume of your DJ, a more powerful generator may be needed.

Yes, external AC units can be placed in a window, while propane heat is piped in via 12” hole underneath two windows.
